When the style gods say it’s okay to where what feels like your pajama shorts out of the house and give you the cutest options, you listen. Therefore these laid back style shorts have become one of my favorite items this summer. All the patterns, cuts, embroidery, and lace detail keeps these shorts from looking too much like your favorite Saturday morning couch potato pajama shorts. Although you will feel like you are wearing just that, just a much cuter, acceptable version 🙂 Which can also be dressed up with a cute blouse or lightweight sweater, wedges, and an over sized clutch for a night out.
I’ve been wearing these tropical print shorts a ton and I finally bought a pair of lace shorts this week which have been on the wish list for some time and I’m more than certain they will be making an appearance this weekend! These black lace shorts below may have to take their place on the wish list now though! I’m also absolutely loving the both palm print pairs from JOA. Oh and who doesn’t love polka dots? or chambray? So many good options!

Those first palm shorts look SO comfy and chic. They'd look so cool with an oversized white silk shirt and flat sandals! I'm thinking of taking the plunge on a few more pairs of shorts, as well. They're definitely wearable through fall as long as it's not too cold!
