Beauty Pampering

Happy FriYAY! I hope everyone had a fabulous week! I had one of those weeks that went at a snails pace the first part and flew by the other half. Pretty excited for this weekend though as my sister will be in town visiting and we’ll be doing some pretty big shopping…wedding dress shopping that is 🙂 To say I’m excited is a MASSIVE understatement. Be sure to follow along via snapchat {lauraleighlou} as I may just give you a peek at a couple I try on, Joshua don’t look! What do y’all have planned this weekend? Anything exciting?

I don’t know about y’all but I typically take the weekend {usually Sunday} to indulge in a little pampering, me time. This usually includes painting my nails, doing a face mask, coating my hair with coconut oil, and now sleeping with gel-like eye pads.

VII Code Oxygen Under Eye Pads // Lipstick Holder // Red Lipstick {Lana} // Pink Lipstick {Impassioned}

These eye pads are the newest of my addition to my pampering routine. I actually do it two to three nights a week but always kick off the week with them. It’s a great way to wake up refreshed and feeling bright! Who doesn’t want that? After washing off my face mask and right before I get into bed I stick the gel-like oxygen eye pads under my eyes where they stay for the next 7-8 hours. Unlike other products these stick the whole night and continue working on your skin for the full 7-8 hours {if you’re lucky enough to get that much sleep}.

I’m kind of a creature of habit when it comes to my beauty/skin routine. I find something I like, stick to it, and don’t step out too much to try other things. BUT I’m so glad I did step out with these eye pads as I love the way I feel waking up after sleeping with them. My under eyes are smooth and radiant. I honestly feel like my whole face is brightened. The main reason this occurs and I feel that way is because these masks use ecological plant oxygen extracts which are extracted from natural herbal formula. When it comes to skin care I’m kind of a hippie {can’t think of a better word right now} and like my items to be as natural as possible. Mainly because my skin freaks out VERY easily and will have massive breakouts for weeks after one or two times of trying something if it isn’t a fan. Didn’t happen with these {insert celebratory emoji}.

Basically what I’m saying is if you’re looking to brighten your eyes and have a smooth appearance and feel I highly recommend giving these eye pads by VII Code a try. They were far too good to not share with y’all!

I’d love to hear about your favorite beauty find recently! I’m really on the look out for new night time cream if you have any recommendations. Comment below!

p.s. if you’re wondering why lipsticks are included in the photos of this post is because they are my most recent make-up obsession! I’m pretty sure I’m going to become a lipstick hoarder over the next few months. I can’t get enough and want to try every shade! Shop my recent picks below.
