I’ve been a long time fan of denim on denim {aka Canadian Tuxedo}. Seriously I have a photo my parents took of me in probably 2nd grade rocking a chambray shirt and boot cut jeans. I was either way ahead of the fashion trend or really into the cowboy look. Which ever one it may have been {I’m going to go with the first haha} I’m still a huge fan of the look! The pairing is perfect for a laid-back weekend look. While also being extremely easy to put together and go. Which is my favorite kind of look!

This is another one of those tops I was eyeing at J.Crew. I didn’t want to pay full price {blogger budget} so I checked back regularly until one glorious day, the top went on super sale. Kind of like it is now!! I am obsessed with the fit of this swing top. J.Crew gave the chambray top a real feminine twist and they couldn’t have executed it any better! 

With the monochromatic top and bottoms I decided to spice up my accessories. Leopard handbag and metallic flats definitely did the trick! Sadly my flats are from last year but I did find this SUPER similar pair for y’all. My cross body is from the spring season but luckily J.Crew came out with an updated version this season. The bag is pretty fierce! Check it out here.
