Appetizer – You may remember these sausage balls from this post. These bad boys are delicious! They’re also super addictive. These healthy sausage balls are always a go when hosting a get together or party. Very easy to whip up! We also love this extremely simple dip recipe. Joshua and I are the biggest mexican fans so we’re always in for any salsa or guacamole concoction. This salsa recipe is simple, healthy, and incredibly tasty!

Entree – Let’s continue with the mexican theme and talk about tacos. These pork al pastor tacos are mind blowing! The pineapples pack a punch you don’t typically expect when you bite into a taco. I’ve been a fan of this recipe for years and am constantly going back to it. I have only made this recipe a couple of times, due to the time/work involved. But it’s definitely worth it! So tasty! Very southern and a definite comfort food.

Sides – We love cutting almost too far gone potatoes {whoops} to make sweet potato fries. A great way to feel indulgent without the actual sin. Just simply cut up a potato or two and throw them in the oven. Another vegetable we’re constantly eating is broccoli. I love extra cripsy broccoli so roasting the veggie in the oven is a must for me!

Soup – Joshua and I love making chili {or soup} on Sundays. It’s the perfect meal for a laid back Sunday afternoon/evening. Plus having leftovers for Monday’s dinner or lunch throughout the week is the BEST! This chili recipe is our typical go to {we add giant white beans and garbanzo beans too}. We just tried this white chicken chili last Sunday and y’all it’s amazing! I’m pretty obsessed now and ready to whip it up for us again next Sunday. I love this little tradition we have created and look forward to continuing it years to come.

Dessert – Y’all these are the MOST amazing chocolate chip cookies. Every time I make them they are gone within a day. We cannot keep our hands out of the cookie jar when these are inside. I would not be afraid to say these are the BEST chocolate chip cookies I have EVER had. The recipe calls for 1/2-1 teaspoon of cinnamon, add the full teaspoon. This makes the cookies. Additionally, these banana pudding cookies are a constant go if I need to bring a treat to someone’s house, a party, or to work. They’re always a big hit. Joshua is a huge fan of them too!

Drinks – Joshua and I are both the biggest fans of mimosas. basically all things champagne. Therefore we love looking up new ways to mix up our mimosas. This article is perfect for that, with 13 different variations. This cocktail recipe is also a go to for gals nights and when Joshua wants to whip me up a cocktail for date night in.

I have SO many Pinterest boards for all different types of cuisine and styles, such as Italian-Style Cookin’ or Mediterranean Meals. I also have a ton of “Dinnertime” boards, each with a different star player, like Dinnertime: Pork or Dinnertime: Seafood

I also keep a board that I change weekly of the recipes I am using that week from Pinterest for my meal plan. Such an easy way to keep everything together!
