 Okay so did any of you experience crazy snow yesterday? We received about 3-4 inches at my house. Of course, none of it stuck to the roads because Friday was about 70 degrees. The trees and lawn looked beautiful though. We honestly received more yesterday than we did all of winter. Can’t believe our “BIG” winter storm was in March and the day that we turned the clocks forward for spring. How crazy is Mother Nature?

I’m looking forward to this week though as temps are rising again and I think spring will now be just around the corner. Fingers crossed! I’m also excited about this week due to lots of exciting events + meetings. I’ll be sharing more on Instagram stories {@louellareese} and Snapchat {@lauraleighlou} so be sure to follow along. On a side note, do y’all prefer Instagram stories or Snapchat? Let me know and I’ll post more on that outlet. I think I personally like Instagram stories but it’s all about y’all!!

Anyways, I’ve received a couple of questions about what I listen to during the day since I started working from home. So I wanted to share a snip bit of one of my playlists. While working from home, I really like to listen to pretty laid back/chill music. Nothing too crazy or hype as I really cannot focus with anything too exciting. Aka I’ll start belting out the song and dancing, which makes focusing on work a little hard haha. This still happens with Adele or Bruno Mars at times but hey, everyone needs a little break!

Someone Like You – Adele

Half Of My Heart – John Mayer {fun fact: A John Mayer concert was our first date}

One Call Away – Charlie Puth

Mercy – Shawn Mendes

Hello – Adele

Sorry – Justin Bieber ft. J.Balvin

Stay With Me – Sam Smith

Slow Dancing In A Burning Room – John Mayer

She Will Be Loved – Maroon 5 {fun fact: Maroon 5 was my first concert and I saw them in Vegas with my sister at age 16}

Come On Get Higher – Matt Nathanson

Iris – The Goo Goo Dolls

Gravity – John Mayer

Marry You – Bruno Mars

I’m Not The Only One – Sam Smith

Water Under The Bridge – Adele

Treat You Better – Shawn Mendes

Daughters – John Mayer

Over My Head – The Fray

Treasure – Bruno Mars

Sunday Morning – Maroon 5

I’d love to hear some of your favorite songs, whether they’re ones you listen to while working or jamming out at the gym. I’m always looking for new music. Comment below and share your favorites!

    LOVE! Cannot believe the amount of snow NYC is prepping for, but we shall see tomorrow!
    Also, I love your playlist – you have some oldies but goodies on there! My favorite song OF ALL TIME is Poison (seriously), but I probably wouldn’t get anything done if I listened to it because I’d be too busy dancing and singing;)
