With summer arriving here in Charlotte I decided to share my summer 2018 favorites plus items that are on my wish list!

Happy Friday y’all! To celebrate the fact that it’s Friday and summer is basically in full swing here in Charlotte, I’m sharing my summer favorites. Some items on my wish list for the new season as well. I LOVE shopping for summer – all the espadrilles, straw handbags, pretty dresses, and super cute accessories. Really, what’s not to love?!
You probably recognize a couple of the items on the collage above from recent posts. Several of these items have quickly become favorites of mine or are carrying over from last summer {like this handbag}.
At the very top of my list, espadrilles. They scream summer and right now, there are SO many good ones out there. My personal favorite brand is Soludos. Their shoes are quality, reasonably prices, and so stinking cute! I purchased these wedges {seen here, here, and here} in February and have been hooked from the second I tied them up. Since then, I’ve added these pink wedges and these perfect go with everything loafers. These lace ones also couldn’t be cuter and would add a sweet feminine touch to any look.
Next, handbags! Anyone else a total handbag gal? Can’t get enough of them. Especially come summer! It seems the warmer it gets the more fun the handbags are. Right now, it’s all about straw everything. And I don’t hate it! This handbag {seen here, here, and here} has been a favorite of mine for over a year and y’all, I couldn’t recommend it more. It’s one of those bags that goes with just about everything and you’ll find yourself reaching for more times then not. Also, I’ve been crushing on this one {last seen this one} lately. Perfect for travels and trips to the farmers market.
A couple other great finds – these pink sunnies that are under $20, a fabulous straw hat in navy {last seen here}, this structured raffia hat, and the perfect striped tank {last seen here} to go with everything.
Now, let’s talk wish list! The top of it, this striped midi dress. I literally gasped when I laid eyes on it. Not 100% sure it’ll look great on me but I’m obsessed! The cutest little bag for summer right at $25 – I mean, tell me this wouldn’t be the best bag to throw fresh fruit in at the farmer’s market. A dream item {aka won’t happen, Joshua would kill me} that I am swooning over, this floral embroidered denim jacket. It is everything!
