FOR THE HOME

My mom bought me the prettiest blue and white floral pitcher from HomeGoods. Truly obsessed with it!

WHERE I WENT

Raleigh, NC – we went for a very short weekend trip {Saturday-Sunday} to visit family. We lucked out with beautiful weather and spent a lot of the time outdoors which was SO nice! We also dined at a new spot in the Cary area, First Watch. We LOVED it! Definitely recommend.

Lake Norman, NC – we spent this past weekend here soaking up lots of sunshine and relaxing on the water. Days on the water make me want summer to last forever! We also finished my book for July YAY! I’m on goal for finishing one book a month! Last month I read What Alice Forgot and this month I read Love Warrior

MOVIES WATCHED

My Forever Girl: the movie received terrible reviews by rotten tomatoes however 85% of viewers liked it and I have to agree with the viewers. I loved it! It is a total chick flick and one of those where you know what is going to happen from the beginning however it’s a total feel good movie.

RECIPES TRIED

Sweet Potato, Zucchinini, and Chicken Breastit calls for parmesan cheese, however I used vegan mozzarella and it was delicious!

WHAT I WATCHED

We are one episode from finishing Nashville, I’m pretty sure we’ll be watching it tonight. This was probably my favorite season, so I’m pretty sad the season and series are ending! What did you think of this season?

We just started watching Yellowstone and are completely hooked. Joshua is itching to watch it basically every day!

I’m still watching The Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce. I’m actually all caught up now and watching as the new episodes come out. Absolutely love the series!
