Three Ways I’ve Changed My Beauty Routine

Spilling the details on how I’ve changed my beauty routine. These summer beauty products are beauty game changers!

One of my favorite things to do is try out new beauty products. I love seeing what works, what doesn’t, and what is a total game changing product. Personally, I have pretty sensitive skin so trying out new products doesn’t always go so well. But again, I love it. Trial and error allows me to figure out what my skin loves, likes, and absolutely hates. Same goes for other types of beauty products – those for hair, nails, and overall skin (not just my face).

Recently, I’ve been changing things up quite a bit. When the seasons change (especially when we leave winter) I’m all about changing my beauty routine. Since doing so I’ve found three beauty products that are completely changing the game for me! And I think that’d do the same for you as well!

Make the Switch to Natural Deodorant

I know, I know what you may be thinking. Natural deodorants make my smell bad, they take forever for my body to get use to, they irritate my skin, or a sweat too much. However, I’m here to tell you there are brands out there that will work for you! As mentioned above, there is a lot of trial and error with some beauty products and natural deodorant is one of them. It takes time to figure which brand and which product will work for you but I promise one will!

Personally, it took four different natural deodorant sticks before I figured out which one worked for my body. No irritation, no stinky smell, and the sweating has started to decrease a little.

My recommendation, get on this stat! Traditional deodorants and antiperspirants are typically full of harsh chemicals that your body directly absorbs. Going natural keeps you from these harsh chemical including aluminum. Aluminum has been linked to many negative health issues as well as Breast Cancer and Alzhemiers in women.

Add Supplements to Improve Your Nails, Hair, & Skin

I recently added IoniCell for Women to my beauty routine, and over the last six weeks, I have noticed a difference in my nails, hair, and skin. My nails are stronger – which has kept them from breaks and chips. My hair is more lustrous. While my skin is looking healthier! An all around win in my book!

If you’re most concerned about your skin, as I am, you’ll love to know that IoniCell for Women encourages collagen production for healthier, more youthful skin. While also protecting against inflammation, puffiness and weakening skin structure. So not only is it working to improve your skin, it is also protecting it!

Two other notes I believe are important to mention, especially after talking about chemicals and toxins in deodorants…

IoniCell for Women is Non-GMO, gluten-free, and contains no Gelatin. Additionally, the active ingredient for IoniCell for Women is Ioniplex®, a fulvic ionic mineral complex, that in addition to skin/hair/nails/collagen benefits, Ioniplex also provides cellular energy, detoxifies heavy metals and toxins from cells, provides cellular protection, and reduces free radicals.

IoniCell for Women is available on Amazon. If you have Amazon Prime, you can start improving your nails, hair, and skin tomorrow!

Make Your Manicure Last…At Home

This one is simple but a total game changer. While also being a great way to save money and time! Spend a little extra upfront when purchasing your nail polish from the drugstore by opting for gel polish. There are so many brands out there offering gel polish in a variety of colors (I know it use to be super limited). While it may be a little more than your typical $8 standard nail polish, these at home gel polishes last just like the manicures you receive in a salon.

The best part, you can apply the gel top coat every couple of days to extend your manicure even longer. This has become my new go to and I have to say, I’m quite happy with the result. No need to spend $30+ on a manicure or an hour + at the salon.
