Happy Friday! Switching things up a bit and sharing a styled post today. If I’m being honest, this post was suppose to go live yesterday (a typical styled post day) but the day got the best of me and it never made it live. So here we are! But it kind of works out as this look was made for fall weekend living! Cute, casual, comfy, and the perfect layers for slightly cooler fall days.
Who else is beyond happy fall has FINALLY arrived? My mood instantly boosts when I walk outside and feel the light fall breeze. Oh how I live for this season! Hoping it sticks around all through at least mid-November!
Anyways, back to today’s look! Back styling my favorite jeans of fall 2019 (at least thus far) with some great basics and the perfect fall rain jacket. I’m sure you’re thinking, a fall rain jacket, is that a thing? Well I’m here to say it is! The reason being, this rain jacket is the perfect medium weight. Providing just the right amount of warmth for fall days! And while navy really works for all seasons, the darker hue really is ideal for making the transition into autumn. Especially when paired with darker shades of green and yellow.
Aside from being a great weight and color, the fall rain jacket is waterproof (duh, right?) and breathable. While also having a fantastically flattering shape and fit – while still having space to wear your favorite sweater underneath.

Another note, have you tried Everlane’s cashmere yet? No…then you need to JUMP on it! The sweater in today’s post is there $100 cashmere sweater and y’all, it is a dream. As with everything with Everlane, I don’t know WHY it took me so long to try! Will be wearing on repeat and probably scooping up another color as well – it comes in 17 different colors like WHOA!
Oh that rain jacket is perfect, we’ve had some rain showers these past few days! I like the fall weather is so much better for crisp weather 🙂
