How are y’all holding up? Starting to get a little stir crazy? Yeah, me too. We’ve been going for walks everyday since Sunday which has definitely helped keep me sane but starting to crave a little more. Did a free yoga class this morning with Above Yoga and I have to say it really helped to center me. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again – yoga is soooo good for the mind, body, and soul. Such a great way to escape all that is going on right now and take some time for yourself. Plus we’re all spending a ton of time sitting – we need some stretching in our lives! If you want to partake, Anna is offering a free class each morning. You can play back the classes if morning isn’t your ideal workout time or catch up on a few if you’re needing some serious me time. 

Another activity that’s helping with my stress level…shopping! You know the saying retail therapy, well it’s definitely the kind of therapy I enjoy most! Yesterday, Nordstrom kicked off an incredible sale – 25% off everything sitewide. Not something I’ve ever seen them do. It is honestly better than the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that happens every year in July. Since we’re spending so much time at home right now, I focused on highlighting home items. We might as well work on making our home as comfortable, cozy, and functional as possible right now. Really create a sanctuary for ourselves. You’ll find several items for your pets as well. Thought that was appropriate since we’re also spending a lot of time with them and everyone loves to spoil their fur babies.

I am a tea lover through and through. Each morning I have two to three cups and occasionally one in the afternoon or evening. So with that being said, this retro electric kettle has been on my wish list for quite some time so you better believe I took this opportunity it scoop it up! Love the matching retro toaster as well. 

This neutral diffuser is a more budget-friendly option for the one we have in our kitchen.
