Okay so it probably seems like almost every time I post a recipe post I say it’s my favorite one yet but honestly this one is! This sweet treat is not only absolutely delicious and sinful tasting but it isn’t sinful. Yep you heard me right, it isn’t sinful! There is no added sugar, no butter, and no flour. There are only five ingredients. These little peanut butter cups are crazy easy to make and will satisfy any sweet tooth craving without putting you on an extreme sugar high! In my opinion they are wayyyy better than Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and that’s saying a lot {they’re my favorite candy}. So what I’m saying is these are a must try. Especially if you’re wanting to clean up your diet a bit but still have something sweet here and then.

P.S. there’s just one more day left to enter The Mint Julep Boutique giveaway, enter here.

Ingredients
Bottom Layer
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 cup smooth Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Honey
Top Layer
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 cup smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Honey

Directions
Combine all ingredients for the bottom layer in a small bowl, mix until well combined and smooth
Pour into muffin tins until each baking cup is halfway full, clean sides
Place in freezer
Combine all ingredients for the top layer in a small bowl, mix until well combined and smooth
Evenly pour on top of bottom layer {I tried to swirl the tops to look “pretty”}
Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes
Take out of muffin tin
Enjoy!
