Faith, Psalm 95:4-5, Nature's Beauty, LR Sunday, Weekly Reading, Bible Reading“In his hands are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed dry land.” – Psalm 95: 4-5

Are you ever in awe of nature’s beauty? Right now as I write this I’m looking out of my hotel window in Las Vegas. Lucky for me the window doesn’t face the strip but instead faces the Spring Mountain Range. I can see for miles and I am truly in awe of the beauty that is before me. The sky is the perfect shade of blue with just a couple fluffy white clouds, there’s miles of trees, and the mountains are breathtaking.

When I sit back and soak in what is around me I honestly sometimes get teary eyed thinking about how God made this all for us. It’s easy to get swept up in lives daily to dos while also keeping our eyes glued to our phones {I am guilty of this often} but I think we all need to take a step back and appreciate about it around us so much more! For He made this natural beauty for us to enjoy. The greatest reminder for me is when an incredible sunset spreads it’s beauty across the sky. To me this is God reminding me to take a moment and look around for His beauty is everywhere. So I challenge y’all to take a couple moments this week {or just one even} away from your to do list, work, cell phones, and everyone around you and take a real look at a beautiful sunset, mountains that surround you, the salt water running over your toes, whatever natural beauty you have near you and remind yourself that He made that.
