WHERE I WENT
Beech Mountain, NC – Joshua and I had the opportunity to partner with Beech Mountain Resort and Beech Mountain TBD for an amazing skiing weekend earlier this month. We both hadn’t skied in a couple years and it was so nice to get back on the slopes! We lucked out with beautiful weather and even had a little snow! You can check out a snap of me at the top of Beech Mountain, enjoying the village at Beech Mountain, and taking in the slopes. I’ll be sharing another snap from our trip today, so stay tuned!
MOVIES WATCHED
Mother and Child – A little weird and out there at times but overall a really good story. Definitely found myself invested in these characters. Wanting to know what was going to happen to them and rooting for them. The movie is about a woman who gave her child up for adoption at a very young age and it follows them about 30-40 years down the road. Where they are, what they’re doing, and what they’re thinking.
Crazy Rich Asians – We finally watched it! And we absolutely loved it! Now we understand what all the hype is about and I’m pretty sure I’m going to start reading all of the books.

Finished Meet The Foster’s. I absolutely loved it and think they did an amazing job wrapping it up. Didn’t want it to end but did like how it ended. Also, watched all of season 5 of Grace & Frankie. Freaking obsessed with that show! So funny! I also watched season one and two of Friends from College while sick with the flu and loved that. Again, really funny and the characters are so dynamic. What are y’all watching during off season?

FITNESS UPDATE
I am still doing FASTer Way to Fat Loss. It has now been almost two months and I am down three denim sizes and can notice a significant difference in my body. There is a lot more tone and definition. As well as loss of inches. I am truly obsessed with this program and could not recommend it enough. If you want to learn more about it you can read my post where I shared my experience. As well as another post I put together that compares BBG and FWTFL – talking about how they’re similar, different, and my overall thoughts on the two.
