You’ve seen Morgan on here so much you might start to think it’s a joint blog haha. But the real reason she is on so often is because she is truly one of my very best friends. She’s my travel companion, shopping partner, sanity at times, and brunette to my blonde. We are total opposites when it comes to fashion – she’s edgy, chic, into darker colors, and a little more adventurous. While I’m feminine, casual, into to light colors, and a little playful. Sometimes we may be into the same piece but it is NEVER in the same hue. Perfect example, these best friend sweatshirts we like to style on every one of our trips. We started out with us both having the pink but Morgan opted to purchase a gray one to better fit her personal style!
We started this tradition in 2017 when we visited The King & Prince Resort together. Ever since, we pack them in our suitcases every getaway and go full on Mary-Kate & Ashley one day of our trip. We have a blast seeing how the other styles the sweatshirt – for different seasons, occasions, and locations.

How we wore our brunette and blonde sweatshirts is how we dressed 75% off the time in NYC during NYFW. This year we were all about comfort and warmth! Of course, the sweatshirts provided the perfect cozy layer that kept us warm and super comfortable. Plus they were fun and fun conversation piece when chatting with people.
Morgan went for a chicer look with a little bit of edge thanks to her black leather sneakers. While I went ultra cozy and casual with a knit beanie, faux fur coat, and comfy white sneakers. Again, so different but coordinate well thanks to our best friend sweatshirts. P.S. I’m calling them that because I feel like you wouldn’t just wear one without matching with someone else. Or would you!?

Today officially ends all of my NYFW week content from the spring 2019 season. Definitely sad to see it end but SO happy that official spring is right around the corner! Bring on all of the sunshine, spring dresses, sandals, and wicker bags! What are you most excited about this spring season?
