Sharing my go to FWTFL regular macro day smoothie! It’s easy, yummy, and packed with protein + healthy carbs.
If you’re following the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program, this post is specifically for you. If you aren’t don’t leave! This smoothie recipe is extra yummy – you definitely don’t have to be doing FWTFL to enjoy it. Trust me, Joshua does and he 100% is not taking part in the program!
This is my go recipe on regular macro days (Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday) as it is filled with protein and great carbs. Aside from being quite tasty this smoothie is also very filling – thanks to all of the protein from the greek yogurt, collagen protein, and nut butter.

Regular Macro Day Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
dash of cinnamon
1 scoop of probiogen mega smoothie booster
2 scoops of collagen peptides
half a banana
handful of spinach
1/3 cup nonfat greek yogurt
tablespoon of nut butter
Pour milk, cinnamon, probiogen mega smoothie blender, and collagen proteins into blender.
Blend until completely combined.
Add all other ingredients to the blender.
Blend again until well combined.
Pour into glass & enjoy!
*macros will differ depending the type of nut butter you use
