While I haven’t exactly been wearing make-up everyday, I have found myself wearing it a little more than normal. Putting on a fresh face of make-up and getting dressed for the day makes things feel a little more normal and exciting. Are you with me on that? Or using this time to stay clear of make-up all together? Either way you’re leaning, I thought it would be a good time to share my updated everyday make-up routine. These are the

foundation

L’BRI Pure ‘n’ Natural Flawless Finish Liquid Foundation

I chatted a bit about this foundation last summer when I shared my Two Minute Vacation Make-up and most recently as one of my favorite Budget-Friendly Makeup items. This silky-smooth foundation provides a flawless, buildable finish without accentuating lines. While hydrating it also controls oil. Win-win! With other foundations I have been left feeling dry within minutes after applying but that is never the case with this foundation. It is so light and hydrating that I often time forget I am even wearing it! Which I think we can all agree is a huge win when it comes to make-up! When I do need a little extra hydration I add a pump of my face lotion and mix the two together before applying.

eyebrow pencil

IT Cosmetics Brow Power Universal Brow Pencil

I have been using this brow pencil since I was introduced to it at my first Blog Societies Conference my first Blog Societies Conference in 2016. I’ve tried others here and there but nothing compares! This brow pencil takes the guesswork out of finding your perfect shade. Developed with plastic surgeons and infused with nourishing antioxidants, biotin, and green tea, it transforms to all hair colors based on how much pressure you apply to create your most natural-looking eyebrows.

eyeshadow

Jane Iredale Pure Basics Eyeshadow Palette

This is my second or third palette – I am obsessed with the colors included in this palette. They are perfect for my skin tone and work well for everyday. As well as allow you to have a little fun for date night with your better half or girls night out! The palette is filed with silky-smooth eyeshadows in elegant to edgy hues that deliver long-lasting, crease-free color. The colors can be used alone, layered or blended together. I typically use the lightest shade from eyelash to brow and then crease to a bit above I blend in the medium brown.

blush

BeautyCounter Color Pinch Cream Blush – Hibiscus

Obsessed with cream blushes! I love the fresh, dewy look they create and this one from BeautyCounter really brings the fresh AND the dewy! Featuring beautifully rich pigment and a natural, dewy finish, this cream blush instantly brightens cheeks. (This multitasker works on lips and lids, too.) In addition to giving features a pop of color, it also hydrates and conditions skin with jojoba esters and carnauba wax and slips into any bag for easy, on-the-go enhancement

bronzer

BeautyCounter Radiant All Over Bronzer – Dune

My most recent purchase – this bronzer has brought life back to my face! Thank you Morgan for the introduction! The bronzer gives your skin natural-looking warmth and a sun-kissed glow. Buildable and blendable, with a hint of shimmer. Perfect for face and body, it can be worn alone or on top of makeup. Lays down evenly and blends seamlessly.

mascara

IT Cosmetics Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara

Another IT Cosmetics item I have been using since being introduced to it at my first Blog Societies Conference my first Blog Societies Conference in 2016. By far the best mascara I have EVER tried! Hands down, no question about it. Developed with plastic surgeons, this game-changing mascara delivers dramatic length and volume for the appearance of a fuller lash line. Infused with lash-lifting polymers, volumizing collagen, and strengthening biotin, it stretches the look of your lashes wider and longer in just one coat. I typically apply two to three coats because I love big lashes – I mean, who doesn’t?

L’BRI Pure ‘n’ Natural Lash Building Mascara

After applying the IT Cosmetics Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara I put on a few swipes of  L’BRI Pure ‘n’ Natural Lash Building Mascara. It does a great job of separating the lashes and creating a little more volume.

“setting spray”

Trader Joes Rose Water Spray (similar available online, another similar spray)

100% not actually setting spray BUT I love the extra dose of hydration it provides! Feels great if you’re anything like me and don’t love the feel of makeup or instantly feel dry once applying makeup. Great to spray on throughout the day as well! Just be sure to stay clear of your lashes or don’t spray too close – otherwise you might have raccoon eyes.

I don’t think I’ve put makeup on in 2 months (insert monkey covering face emoji lol). But to be honest that’s pretty normal for me, even without having to stay home! I’ve heard great things about that TJ’s spray, I need to grab it on my next trip to the states!

    • Girl I get it! I usually wear it once a week, maybe twice if I am really feeling sassy haha. For some reason though this quarantine is inspiring me. Yes, you will love it – feels so good!

My husband definitely got on my case a little bit the other day, asking why I was wearing makeup every day just to stay home. I told him I’d never been on camera as much as I am right now – trying to keep a presence alive on social media haha! I love seeing what you’re doing with your routine!
