I am so ready to get it this week when it comes to working out! What about you? If so, you’re going to love this week’s workout schedule! As I am really mixing things up with yoga, weight training, HIIT, low-intensity cardio, and pilates. Several of these workouts are repeats from the last few weeks – they have been my favorites & I am wanting to give them a go again!
Several of these workouts do recommend using light weights and/or workout bands – so I wanted to share the weights (weighted bracelets – also available here) I use as well as the bands. I LOVE this band set (also available here)! The set offers 5 different resistance bands – each offers a different level of resistance. Which is perfect for switching throughout workouts as your muscles become tired. Or to increase if you feel you need more!
