I don’t know if I’ve ever been so excited about a purchase. These overalls are my new obsession. They’re so 90s and I love it. Overalls instantly remind me of toddler and elementary school years. Where you had multiple pairs of overalls. I personally had regular denim, pink corduroy, burgundy corduroy, and a funky denim + pattern fabric pair. And I was hooked on all four. So it really should not come as a surprise that I am now addicted to this pair. The fact that overalls are back in style basically makes my year.

Next week I’ll be sharing a laid back look with these overalls but this dressed up look gives me all the glee! Putting a feminine and sassy spin on this wardrobe classic was such a blast. When in the fitting room trying these beauties on I knew I wanted to pair them with a crisp white top and heels. I was originally thinking a classic button down oxford but when I spotted this off the shoulder top in my closet, I had to give it a try. And I love how it turned out! Definitely turning up the sexy factor.
So, how to dress up overalls?…
Pair with heels: Heels or wedges are a must when it comes time to dress up your favorite pair of overalls. They’ll instantly lengthen your legs and heighten your confidence!
Add a clutch: A clutch always gives the impression of a more dressed up look. I say have fun with your clutch for this look! I went with a circular one personally. But a fun pattern or bright color would be a great option. Especially now as the season changes over to Spring.
Go with a feminine top: Overalls can be seen as masculine. I mean, male farmers are constantly wearing them in movies, tv shows, and kids cartoons. So up the feminine factor with a top that includes lace, ruffles, a floral pattern, or an off the shoulder.

So cute!! I’m trying to size a pair of these for myself, so if you don’t mind me asking–what size did you purchase in these overalls?
Thanks!
Thanks gal! You should definitely grab a pair. They’re so fun to wear and comfortable. These are a size 27. For reference, I’m 5’4 and 128lbs.
