Another day, another look from Chateau Elan! You may remember this look if you follow me on instagram and IG stories. I wore this combination for my event at Aesthetic Surgery of Charlotte’s Blogger Night Out {more on the even here}. I loved it so much, I pulled it out again for our trip to Chateau Elan. The eyelet crop top and seersucker skirt are the perfect combination for hot summer days! With the humidity rising all day, each day while we were in GA cooler airy clothing was necessary. Therefore, the combination was great for a little exploring of the property and grabbing a bite.

I have always been the biggest fan of seersucker. I love how sweet and playful the fabric is. Not to mention, it’s my favorite color combination. And, as stated above, seersucker is wonderful come summer and increasing temperatures. What’s your take on the fabric? Are you a fan as well?

When styling this this skirt again {last seen here}, I knew I wanted to have a little fun and really play up the feminine feel of the midi skirt. Therefore, I choose this sweet eyelet crop top to pair the skirt with. Initially, I had planned to tuck the top in but I actually liked the way it looked coming down over the skirt. Tucked in was cute too and I’ll definitely be styling this skirt again soon with another top tucked in.

For a little fun, I added my go to bandana tied around my neck and this simple straw tote {last seen here and here}. These two items give the look a more playful feel. I’d say this combination would be great for weekend brunch, bridal showers {as a guest}, or wine al fresco with the gals.
