Polka Dots -

You can never go wrong with classic black and white polka dot. First thing that comes to my mind when I see a polka dot dress is Diane Keaton saying, “because I said so” from the movie Because I Said So which just so happens to be one of my all time favorites. If you haven’t seen it, you must! It’s the perfect movie for a girls night or lazy Saturday. In the movie Diane Keaton is obsessed with her daughter wearing an adorable polka dot dress for her first date with this fabulous guy and Diane herself makes quite a few appearances wearing polka dots both in the movie and real life. Anyways, moving on from my Diane Keaton obsession this dress from Loft is summer time perfection! One because hello it’s polka dots, two it’s linen which is perfect for the fast rising temps, and three since it’s black and white you can completely play around with your accessories. Oh and it’s currently on sale!

And these Ivanka Trump shoes have me crushing HARD! I saw them on one of my favorite bloggers site (Sequins and Stripes) a few weeks back and couldn’t get them off my mind so a quick run to Nordstrom was necessary. I couldn’t be happier! They’re comfortable, go with everything, and add a touch of sophistication. I have to say Ivanka is killing it with her shoe line! I’m loving these bowed flats, amazing floral pumps, and calf hair d’Orsay flats.
