I wore this look last week to Coyote Joe’s , our local country bar here in Charlotte. Which also happens to be one of my favorite places in Charlotte. I love country music. I love to dance. I love my guy in a flannel. Coyote Joe’s makes all of those things happen šŸ™‚ Every year they have an event called Stout Pull where three different country artists come and play together for the night. This year it was Jerrod Niemann, Sam Hunt {swoon}, and the Swon Brothers. We had a great time!

Anyways onto the fashion. I love mixing things up when wearing cowboy boots, going outside of the typical jeans, cutoffs, or breezy dress. Getting a little creative and spicing things up! Recently I’m all about pattern mixing too. So I decided to pull out two older items that I’d never even thought to wear together {see trying out one of my resolutions here} and give it a whirl. I love it! At first I wasn’t sure but paired with opaque black tights, and all gold jewelry I think the look comes together. I also had to throw on my new favorite sweater that I honestly wear daily {I think it’s a must have item y’all}. What’s your take on pattern mixing? Love it or leave it?

Also if you haven’t given RocksBox a try yet I have a new code for you to receive the first month free: lauraxoxo3 {expires January 31st}
