Happy Friday! So at this time last weekend I was headed to Charleston for a last little hurrah before starting my new job Monday. You can never go wrong with Charleston, right? Well when we first arrived it was actually quite chilly and I was in no way ready to pack on layers or pull out anything dark. I was in Charleston after all! Everything has color and charm in Charleston. So with that I wore a coat I’ve had for years and still packs a punch with it’s color and pattern. While I don’t have the direct link for it since it’s older, I packed a very similar one from H&M.

I love colorful pattern coats for spring and the pop of color they give you! Definitely more spring appropriate than your winter black or camel coat. Also I’m seriously obsessed with colorful handbags right now! I purchased this blush pink one from Kate Spade last year because you can never go wrong with pink, it’s a great shade to start off with if you’re testing the colored handbag trend {like I was}, and blush pink is pretty much my favorite color ever! This year though I’m thinking a electric pink needs to make it’s way to my shoulder! What color are you loving this spring?
