When Brian showed me this suit I said, 1. it was totally GQ 2. that it had to be on the blog ASAP 3. he should wear it often. Navy suits definitely have a special place in my heart and as I’m sure I’ve mentioned somewhere along the way, I cannot get enough of Joshua when he wears his navy sports coat! While every guy absolutely needs a black suit for business occasions, black tie events, and more. A navy suit should be the second one purchased. It’s classic, can easily be dressed up or down, worn as separates, and will never go out of style.
I love the way Brian’s personal style really shines through with this look. He’s classic with a little be a quirk {or edge}. Everything is kept pretty classic and very pulled together. Then he throws in a bit of a surprised with the no socks look and these Clark Kent kind of glasses. While to some wearing a suit can be kinda boring, it’s easily to show off your personal style with accessories {or lack there off in Brian’s sock situation} and have a little fun! But bottom line…a navy suit should make it’s wear to your closet ASAP.

very nice … has a personal look … not for his “classicism” but for its color “blue sea” that makes it suitable for all occassions.
The personal style is exalted “without surprise” from the lack of the socks.
I love that hue, that suit is beautiful
