Best of 2015

Can you believe tomorrow is the first day of 2016? I seriously cannot. Never has a year flown by so quickly. Not to mention brought about so many changes and amazing moments!

I’ve changed jobs, moved to a new home, transitioned over to WordPress {big deal in the bloggersphere}, and am engaged! I had the opportunity to travel to lots of places I’d never been to {one of the items on my 2015 to do list} including Israel, Roanoke, Virginia,  Lexington, Kentucky, and as of yesterday Nashville, Tennessee. I seriously fell in love with each place I visited that I can’t wait to start adding new places to the calendar for 2016 {honeymoon included!}.

The most exciting thing about 2015 though has definitely been getting engaged to my stud! I cannot wait to dive head first into planning after the first of the year + get closer and closer to seeing my love at the end of the aisle. Details of our special day will definitely be making an appearance on the blog over the next few months. Please let me know what y’all are interested in hearing about + seeing!

Back to 2015 though style. I am talking my top ten favorite looks from Louella Reese today! Take a look back at all of the looks on Louella Reese here.

10. Anorak Jacket – This jacket won my heart the second I saw it! The color, the cut, and the functionality. Louella Reese Best of 2015

9. Fresh Blooms – Dresses have a special place in my heart but this is truly something special. With the buttons around the waist giving me the option to wear it as a dress, crop top, or skirtLouella Reese Best of 2015

8. Topshop Stripes – Absolutely one of my all time favorite dresses EVER! Slightly out of my comfort zone with the little cut out but I am so happy I stepped out of my safety zone and gave it a try. Louella Reese Best of 2015

7. Floral Wrap Maxi Dress – It was impossible to not strut it while wearing this dress! The high slit and the incredible movement of the dress when I walked was perfection. Louella Reese Best of 2015

6. Fall Boho – One of my favorite fall combos. A easy swing dress + oversized faux fur vest and the best booties around! Louella Reese Best of 2015

5. White for Fall – Such an easy look with two fun pops of leopard! You can never go wrong with a chic leopard addition. Louella Reese Best of 2015

4. Tissue Turtleneck – This preppy look is classic Laura. Definitely something I would have worn in high school and college. Happy to get back to my old school fashion roots with comfy + feminine pieces.  Stripes, Cable Knit Sweater, Michael Kors Leather Bradshaw Watch, Mac Rebel Lipstick

3. Fur Collared Vest – Sweatshirt dress perfection! What’s better than wearing a dress that feels just like wearing your boyfriend’s oversized sweatshirt while still looking chic? OTK Boots, Over The Knee Boots, Fall Boots, Dolce Vita Boots, Sweater Dress, Faux Fur Vest

2. Red Bow Dress – The dress + classic camel coat + quilted satchel combo made me feel a little Parisian. Which is always a good thing! No one is more chic than a Parisian woman. Also a favorite as Joshua gave it to me {cue the awwws haha}. Christmas Party Dress, Holiday Party Dress, Soprano Bow Back Fit & Flare, Red Dress, Red Christmas Dress, Sparkle Heels, Vera Bradley Quilted Stella Satchel

1. Star Dress – All. Time. Favorite. The boots. The dress. The flirty clutch. I love it all! I felt stylish, flirty, and fun wearing this combo. Not to mention the dresses helps raise awareness and funds for SU2C. Does it get any better? su2c x Revolve, OTK boots, Kelly Wynne Frisky Biz Clutch, Dolce Vita Over The Knee Boots, Open back party dress, brown suede over the knee boots

I want to thank each and EVERY ONE of you for following along with Louella Reese. Y’all’s support means the world to me! Chasing my dream and living out my passion would not be possible without y’all. So thank you, thank you, thank you! Also I’d honestly LOVE to hear what y’all would like to see in 2016.
