Two huge things Joshua and I have in common…our love for beer and bbq! Neither of us like wine. We try, we really do. Just can’t make it happen. We may KIND OF like one here or there but definitely not enough to purchase a bottle. One day we’ll mature though 🙂 until then we’ll continue to check out the local breweries here in Charlotte and the places we visit. We received these Great NC Beer & BBQ Maps last month and have finally had the time to check them out and put them to use. Yesterday we met up with Joshua’s sister and her boyfriend to watch the Panthers {kill it again!}. We started at Triple C Brewing Co. and finished the second half at Olde Mecklenburg Brewery.

These maps detail every brewery and bbq restaurant, shack, & eatery in NC. Also listing any major brewery festivals hosted in the great state! The map highlights Charlotte and Asheville with the greatest collection of breweries allowing you to get a closer look and make sure you’ll able to place a sticker once you’ve stopped by and tasted a brew! Asheville might be seeing us again soon after taking a look at all the breweries we missed last go around.

This is a typical weekend look for me. Especially now that the cooler temps have started to arrive. Even though they will sadly be leaving again come Wednesday {ughhhh}. This coat is a serious staple in my winter wardrobe though. I throw it over everything! If you don’t have a camel coat in your closet I highly recommend picking one up!
