Since this weekend was full blown all things engagement I didn’t have too much time to put together Valentine’s Day themed looks or additional recipes {check out the latest here}. We had engagement photos all morning and afternoon Saturday and our engagement party with family and friends Saturday evening. Sunday was obviously for recovery aka lots of sleep, running errands, and getting ready for the Superbowl {not happy about the outcome}. Therefore unfortunately the blog took a backseat {to be 100% honest} and while I missed my time writing and putting stuff together for y’all, it was great to enjoy a full weekend with Joshua, family, and friends and no work.
With that said though, I did put together a mix of Galentine’s and Valentine’s Day themed posts. From recipes to looks to date ideas and more. So find a little inspo below from some fabulous bloggers I love!
Planning to have the gals over for a full blown Galentine’s Day soirée? Take a few hints from Whitney Porter, Valentine’s Day Fete. The candles have me swooning! So stinking cute. Also a sweet treat recipe and adorable little decor craft.

Pink Velvet Oreo Cupcakes -Red velvet cake is a typical Valentine’s Day go to but why not pink velvet? With a little surprise in the middle. What’s not to love?
