Last week I shared my recent blogger biff sleepover with my two blogger besties. Well today I’m putting Wish List Wednesday on hold and sharing one of the tasty drinks we whipped up – a Saint Bernard cocktail! I know, I know. We did a lot in Atlanta. We were busy gals!
You can’t possibly have a gals night in without a drink {or two}. We decided to mix up something a little different using two of our favorite ingredients. Champagne and La Croix. It’s just about the simplest recipe with only three ingredients and minimal steps. My kind of recipe!
We obviously went with our favorite champagne {freixenet}. If you haven’t tried this champagne you absolutely need to, stat! It’s so smooth, light, and just slightly sweet. We’re all obsessed with it! Every time we all get together there’s at least one bottle of this involved.
Now I’m not going to lie. I’m not a huge La Croix fan. While I know it’s the “IT” drink right now, I really can’t get hooked on it like others. Corbin and Emily are different stories though. They LOVE it! So it was definitely needed in our drink for them. I didn’t hate it!! What’s your favorite flavor? Maybe I just haven’t tried the right one yet?
So this Saint Bernard Cocktail is the first drink mixed up together. The color couldn’t be more fun {changing depending on the amount of Campari you put in it} and it’s perfectly light + sweet. If you give it a try, definitely let us know what you thought of it! And/or what your gals thought of it after the next gals night you host.

Try coconut! It’s like vacation in a can! Haha .. you could always mix it with a little malibu and a frozen banana and you’ve got yourself a “light” pina colada!
