I am so excited about today’s post. It’s something a little different for me, so hopefully y’all will like it! Since Joshua and I moved in together following our wedding I’ve been in full nesting mode. You know, wanting to get everything put together and make it ours. While we’re still working on that {there’s SO much left to do}, I couldn’t wait to host a little get together in our new home with a couple of my gal pals. With the holiday season approaching quickly, I decided a little Christmas brunch would be the perfect way to celebrate with them.
So I whipped up one of my favorite recipes and tested out a couple of new ones. I wanted to offer a variety of items, a little something for everyone. The menu included Berry Croissant Bake, Sausage Balls, Greek Yogurt + Fruit, and a Stuffed Dessert Croissant. We also indulged in Pomegranate Mimosas. These might be my new favorite mimosa combination.
I was finally able to pull out some of our wedding gifts we haven’t had the opportunity to use yet. Such as this gorgeous pitcher and perfect little “fruit” bowl. I also scooped up a couple of new items to spruce up the table. This cylinder vase and this metallic tablecloth.
With the table all set it was time to concur the grocery store! Luckily The Fresh Market is within walking distance from our new place. The Fresh Market has become our go to store, truly having everything we need while being super fresh! Has to be, it’s in the name right? I was able to pick up everything I need for the meal. As well as the prettiest spray roses to create the perfect centerpiece.
If you’re in the Charlotte area, you may notice your Fresh Market received a little make over. There’s even more products you love available, making your shopping experience even more convenient. All while remaining fresh with a variety of healthy options!
All the items I whipped up had only a couple of ingredients and were incredibly easy to put together. Everything was done and set on the table within two hours. I’d say that’s pretty good for a big brunch party!
With today’s post I’m featuring the Berry Croissant Bake as that was the main dish of the brunch. This bake was always a huge hit with my guests and Joshua afterwards! If you’re family comes together for brunch Christmas Eve or prepares a big one Christmas day while opening gifts, I’d recommend stopping by Fresh Market and picking all the ingredients for this bake! Your family will thank you!
AND on the seventh day of Christmas my blogger babes gave to me…a $125 gift card to The Fresh Market! Enter below for your chance to win. Also check to see if you’re the winner of the Alterna gift card here. if so, be sure to email me.
