Five must have spring jeans! Classics, trendy, and a couple in between.
Happy Friday y’all! And Happy St. Patrick’s Day! What great Friday! If you’re seeing this before you head to work, make sure you throw something green on. You don’t want to be getting pinched all day. You won’t be seeing any on Louella Reese today though. Today it’s all about blue jeans (and white ones too). I’m talking the five must have jeans you need in your spring wardrobe.
I’ve always been a dress gal but lately I cannot get enough of my denim. I think overalls and mom jeans are really to blame for this. They’re both so comfortable and insanely fun to style. They also seem to make getting dressed incredibly easy. Especially overalls!
I’m kicking the five styles off with white jeans. This is a style I am lacking and seriously on the search for the perfect pair. Right now, I’m thinking this is the pair that needs to come home with me. White denim is perfect for spring/summer as it lightens up your look! They also give you a very crisp, clean look.

Next, embroidered denim. Embroidered jeans are HUGE for the spring season. You may have already noticed them popping up everywhere. I wasn’t too sure about the trend, as in I had no plans to try it, until I spotted this pair. I instantly fell in love. So I think for this trend, it’s all about find the perfect pair for you. Whether it’s extreme embroidery or just a little bit. You can grab some tips on how to style the trend here.

Another really big trend for the season is overalls! These were in last summer but they’re going to be everywhere this year. Whether you’re into the shorts version or the full version, you definitely need to scoop a pair up. The child inside of you, will thank you. They’ll also make weekend life a whole lot easier! Just throw on a t-shirt, the overalls, and your favorite pair of sandals or sneaks and out the door you go. They’re also easy to dress up.

Okay, we all know I love mom jeans. They’re my jam. So comfortable and perfect for all your cropped sweaters + tops. If you don’t have a pair, you need a pair! You’ll become addicted and pick them over your skinny jeans 90% of the time. With the new season, these jeans look great paired with wedges for day and heeled sandals for night. Find tips on how to style them here.

Lastly, we have the boyfriend jean. This style has been popular for years and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. Although people are styling the boyfriend jeans a little differently lately. Rather than being worn for a comfy Saturday afternoon, running errands look, they’re now being worn for date night and nights out with the gals. Who knew you could be so comfy during those occasions? I recommend going for a darker wash {seen in photo above} or a white wash – these two shades will make it easier to dress them up.
