The 2018 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is quickly approaching, and the catalog for the sale was release today! What a great way to start a Monday, right?! Honestly, this sale is one of my favorite sales of the year. Actually, it’s my favorite haha. Can’t think of another one that is this good or has me itching with excitement. Today, I wanted to prepare y’all for the sale and share a little guide. One telling your everything you need to know about the #NSale for 2018. So you can shop it like a champ and get everything you want! OKAY, WHAT IS THE NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE?
Most important question, right? The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is Nordstrom’s biggest sale of the year — seriously, it’s crazy! What this sale does is allow you, Nordstrom customers, to shop new arrivals for the upcoming Fall season at discounted price. You also have the ability to do this before they’re open to the public to shop! Online you will see the discounted price as well as what the original full price will be once the sale is over. You seriously feel like you’re getting such a deal and it’s because you honestly are!
WHEN IS THE 2018 NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE?
This year the sale is open to all Nordstrom cardholders for Early Access: Thursday, July 12 – Thursday, July 19. If you are not a Nordstrom cardholder, you can receive access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale on Friday, July 20 – Sunday, August 5.
WHAT KIND OF DEALS CAN I EXPECT?
Well the goodness is you can go ahead and take a peek at them today, in the NSale catalog for both women and men! This catalog, one shows you some of the items that will be included in the sale and two provides you with an idea of what can of deals you will receive.
Majority of the time you can save around 25%, 30%, and on some items it may even be more! There are items included from all departments including shoes {which is a huge spot to save!}, denim, home decor, handbags, women’s clothing, men’s clothing, kids clothing, and more! I typically use the sale to purchase shoes and a great handbag for the fall season. Those are usually kind of investment pieces so purchasing them during the sale really helps!
SO HOW CAN I RECEIVE THIS EARLY ACCESS TO THE NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE YOU’VE MENTIONED?
If you are a Nordstrom cardholder {there is an option to do a credit or debit card}, you receive early access to the sale to shop as mentioned above. What this means is you have the ability to shop ALL of the items before the public can! This Early Access to the sale begins July 12, 2018, while public access begins July 20! I honestly HIGHLY recommend this as popular items sell out FAST. It happens every year!

WHAT WILL YOU BE SHOPPING FOR?
As mentioned above, I typically use the sale to stock up on fall footwear and a fabulous handbag for the new season. However, last year I was let down for the handbag department and ended up skipping the handbag. I did however find two great pairs of sneakers. One of the pairs you see here almost weekly {last styled for summer travel}. I again hope to stock up on footwear – this year I’m on the lookout for a great pair of booties, a chic pair of neutral flats, and another pair of oxfords {I wore mine to death last fall + winter {styled last in NYC for NYFW} and would love another pair!}. Possibly a Barbour jacket too, if they’re included in the sale.
