Cold season is officially in full swing and if your friends are anything like me that means they are bound to be under the weather in the coming months. Since I get sick all of the time (I’m working on my immune system, promise) and know how crappy it can be, I decided to put together the ultimate Get Well Mug. This Get Well Mug is filled with all of the things someone under the weather may need. A few things to make the process easier, a couple to make it more comfortable, and some items to boost their immune system. It is super simple to put together yet such a sweet gesture to make your friend(s) feel better!
The best part – the mugs can be completely catered to whatever your friend’s needs may be. My recommendation, make a few and keep them stashed away to have on hand whenever your friends come down with something. Then add or switch items as needed.
Get Well Mug:
Oversized Mug
Emergen-C
Pack of Tissues
Hand Sanitizer
Chapstick
Tea
Throat Lozenges
Oatmeal
Honey Peanut Butter
Additional items you could include:
Honey
Essential Oils
Vitamin C gummies
Soup packets
I filled the bottom of my mug with some crinkle paper and then placed all of the items on top. This helped the items to stick out a little bit and for everything to be seen. Just made things a little prettier – I’m all about a good presentation. You could also wrap up in cellophane and tie with a bow if you really want to bring your presentation game!
This is such a great idea and would make a nice little gift for coworkers feeling under the weather, too!

What a sweet idea for a friend who’s come down with a cold. If there is one thing we crave the most when we are sick it’s being taken care of.
