Three easy regular macro day recipes I make weekly! Each one includes one of my favorite ingredients, FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt.
This post is sponsored by FAGE; however, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that make Louella Reese happen!
Y’all have been asking for more recipes that go along with the Faster Way to Fat Loss program so today, I’m delivering. These three recipes are incredibly easy and will provide a great amount of protein while keeping you full and satisfied!
Each recipe includes FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt which is one of my favorite ways to sneak in extra protein and provide a filling meal while keeping sugar low (no added sugar in the yogurt, only natural occurring milk sugar). Now, one of these recipes is a sweet treat BUT it’s on the healthier side thanks to the FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt and switching our traditional oil/butter for coconut oil. It is also a big crowd pleaser! Probably due to the fact that the FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt makes everything a little more rich and creamy!
Now FAGE Total Greek Yogurt does offer a couple of options when it comes to milk-fat – from 0% non-fat, 2% low fat and 5% milk-fat. I switch it up, usually depending on what my macros are for that day. I will say though, the higher the milk-fat the more satiating they are. Therefore, more often than not I reach for 2% low fat or 5% milk-fat. While I am sharing three regular macro day recipes, FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt 5% milk-fat is PERFECT for low-carb days as a single serving size (200g) has only 6g of carb. While also having 10g of fat and 18g of protein!
As if you needed another reason to love FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt, I have one for you! The delicious, protein-rich yogurt is Non-GMO Project Verified, made with milk from non-GMO fed cows too. And is made with only milk and live active yogurt cultures. Making it all natural and a great ingredient to add to several of your recipes!
Three Regular Macro Day Recipes
These three recipes are truly some of my favorites. They’re easy, delicious, and again, packed with protein. I love that you can make the overnight oats the night prior and have breakfast all ready, when you’re ready to dive in. Not that I like to pick favorites BUT I think the overnight oats recipe is my favorite. Brings me back to childhood days with Marshmellow + Peanut Butter Sandwiches – YUM! Just a lot healthier, more filling, and WAY lower in sugar.
The Peach Bundt Cake is definitely Joshua’s favorite. He loves cutting off a piece to enjoy for breakfast while catching up on some reading or late night as a healthier alternative to indulgent late night snacks! My father-in-law very much approved of this bundt cake as well. I gave him some this past weekend and he claimed it all for himself. Said it was that good!
