Let’s get it this week! Who’s with me? So looking forward to trying out a few new at home workouts this week. Really spicing things up this week with a wide variety of workouts. Including cardio dance, cardio kickboxing, abs, weight training, pilates, yoga, and a walk (maybe two).
We are going away later this week with my siblings & their kids – so end of week workouts may end up varying a bit (Friday and Saturday) but hoping to squeeze them in. If I end up doing different workouts or add anything I will share via Instagram stories.
Just as a little PSA – make sure you are warming up a bit before each workout and also cooling down/stretching appropriately. I love this warm-up video and a good foam roll as a cool down.
